How Our Network Works for You
Who you talk to
Eveningsounds Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. It has no staff page because the work is not done by us. The person you talk to is an independent provider in our network. That provider runs their own business. They quote the job, do the work, and stand behind it.
What the provider may ask
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a fair price.
- What do you want: a walk-in tub, a shower, or a tub replacement?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat or rails?
- How wide are the bath door and the hall?
- Is the bath on a first floor, an upper floor, or over a basement?
- When would you like the work done?
Photos of the bath can help. So can rough measurements.
Questions worth asking a provider
- Can I see a quote in writing before I agree?
- What is in the price, and what is extra?
- Do you hold the license this work needs here?
- Can you show proof of insurance?
- How will cold weather change the timing?
- What happens if you find rot or old pipe behind the wall?
- How long does the job take, and how long before I can bathe?
- Who handles the water hookup and the drain?
Write down the answers. Compare them across providers.
You stay in charge
A referral does not bind you to anything. You can say no. You can ask for a second quote. You can wait for spring. Take your time and read every line of the quote. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
